Box Fit Sunday

An event every week that begins at 10:30 am on Sunday, repeating until 26th December 2021
Fitness workouts using basic non-contact boxing techniques and training.
A Box Fit session designed for the more mature and those who are looking to get back into shape, or to help you to maintain that level of fitness that you’ve worked hard to achieve.
We focus on more extensive warm-up and cool-down phases and vary the sessions each week to keep them challenging and exciting!
We recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes before the session start time and that you bring your own gloves if you have them.
Minimum age is 18.
All participants MUST complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) BEFORE commencing training. You can download this from here
