Fitness workouts using basic non-contact boxing techniques and training.
Suitable for teenage and adult boxing beginners (sessions provide an introduction to boxing training/coaching) and for those seeking to get, or keep fit.
Due to COVID-19 track & trace regulations, all attendees must book ahead and register their contact details on the booking form.
We recommend that you create an account when offered, to make future bookings quicker and easier.
All participants MUST bring their own gloves (and skipping ropes where required) and complete a Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire (PAR-Q) BEFORE commencing training.
